Fee Policy


Please arrange all appointments in advance.

Individual therapy session (50 minute):                  $175.00

Family therapy session (50 minute):                       $175.00

Peer consultation (30 minute increments):               $ 75.00

iaedp certification supervision (hourly):                  $150.00

iaedp certification group supervision (90 minutes):  $ 50.00

Fees are due at the time of service and may be paid by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).  


Terryann Sanders, LMFT, CEDS is not a provider on insurance panels.  However, insurance companies will reimburse for treatment of emotional or mental illness that meet parity (including eating disorders, depression, anxiety et al.). Please contact your insurance company in advance to determine their rate of reimbursement. Monthly superbills that include all the information necessary for insurance reimbursement is provided at the beginning of each month. 

Twenty-four hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations.  Cancellations under twenty-four hours will be charged at the full session rate, and your credit card will be automatically charged.  If there is no credit card on file,  the fee for missed appointments will be due at the beginning of the next session.  Please be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.

Phone calls with clients, or their family members, over 10 minutes will be charged in 15-minute increments at the session rate.  Confidentiality of email or text cannot be guaranteed.  If you choose to use email or text as a way to communicate clinical information, it will not result in additional charges unless the time necessary to review and respond to email correspondence exceeds 10 minutes.  If so, charges will accrue in 15-minute intervals at the individual and/or family session rate.

Phone or in person consultation with current or past treatment team professionals will be charged in 15-minute increments at the hourly session rate.  When possible, encrypted and secure email is used to communicate with other professionals and usually does not result in extra charges to the client.

There will be a $30.00 fee charged for all returned checks.
