A path to becoming

I believe that life is a journey and we are all on a path to becoming who we are meant to be. Becoming is not a destination but rather a striving to be the best we can be in any given moment. Our challenge is to create a path that fills us with joy, while pushing ourselves in ways that allow us to learn and grow and evolve into our best selves. My role on your path: to help you apply your unique qualities and strengths to create the life you want to live.

Terryann’s Story:

I have worked in private practice since 2005 helping clients recover from eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, relationship issues, sexual assault and abuse, depression and many other life challenges. During that time I have discovered the work I enjoy the most is helping people discover their strengths and use them to create a more satisfying and meaningful life. Building resiliency and working with people to overcome mental health issues that arise as a result of life adversity has become a passion in my life.
